Welcome to MNDFL Movement,

a service created by Jacinta Brinsley to offer

more holistic exercise prescription to you as a whole person. 

Our bodies and our minds are interconnected, science has proven this.

So why treat these parts of you separately?

 

We use evidence-based techniques from the realms of psychology and mindfulness and join these with clinical exercise science to create intelligent, personalised programs. The body can be a powerful way to harness our mind, and likewise a happier mind can be a powerful tool for creating a healthier body.
