AGE: 18-44
Depression and/or Anxiety
Moderate-intensity Exercise

Light-intensity Exercise

Moderate-intensity Yoga
30 mins
Light-intensity Yoga

1 WEEK APART
(6 weeks total, including assessment)
& the following will be measured:

Mental Health & Mood

Blood Pressure & Heart Rate

Blood Sugars

Physical Fitness & Activity Levels

Sleep
It's worth noting the following are also required
for participation in this study:

Do not currently participate in any mindful practices (e.g. yoga, meditation) more than 1x week

Medication dosages are stable/unchanged
-
Physically able to engage in a physical yoga practice (e.g. weight bare on hands, bend knees, get up and down from floor)
-
Able to read, write and speak in English
